For young people aged 13+ to give them an introduction to coaching and leadership.
Programme Content: Sport Coaching, Sport Nutrition, Confidence building, Health and safety, Creating Sports events and more.
Each week, families receive low-cost ingredient bags to cook nutritious meals at home with their children. it’s about dignity, connection, and the joy of sharing food together
Our family engagement programme offers inclusive activities like arts and crafts, gardening, trips, parenting courses, and women’s boxing, creating space for connection, learning, and wellbeing for the whole family.
Our organisation has been working in the area since 2011 and as a registered charity since 2017. We want to keep offering a wide range of activities that benefit the whole family.
Our organisation primarily works with residents of the Aylesbury Estate, much of which is in the 11% of most disadvantaged communities in the UK. We offer consistent support and opportunities throughout the year and across our programmes allowing families that we work with to grow and develop – The popularity of this is shown by the number of people who continue to participate in our work, with over 3,000 regular participants, 175,000 participant hours and 60+ volunteers.
