Every child deserves a great start in life!
As part of our vision to give every child a great start in life, we are committed to developing the young people who come through our holiday and afterschool programmes.
We have over 90 teenagers who have come through our ambassador programme. They are given the chance to gain employability skills through us alongside work and volunteering opportunities. They are involved in helping us run after school activities and holiday programmes.
For young people aged 13+ to give them an introduction to coaching and leadership. Every holiday they can join us and learn in a fun, supportive environment.
The programme offers a progression ladder, where every individual has the opportunity to learn and progress at their own pace.
