Like the rest of the world, in 2020 we went into lockdown. And so, like the rest of the world, we had to get creative. Because our community didn’t stop ‘being’, and we couldn’t stop caring about the families and the children that we worked with.

However, we had an issue…funding. It became clear to us that we needed a new source of funding that was flexible enough to allow us to adapt and find new ways of working. Unprecedented times require creative solutions, and so we opened the Clubhouse Café in Burgess Park.
