The London Youth Bronze Award is an important milestone! one that recognises not just the work we do, but the positive change we see in our young people every day.

For years, we’ve been committed to creating safe, supportive, and enriching spaces where young people can grow, build confidence, and feel a sense of belonging. Too often, we meet young people who face barriers that limit their opportunities, barriers shaped by inequality, limited access to resources, and a lack of trusted community spaces. This award validates the work we do to break down those barriers.

The London Youth Bronze Award helps strengthen our practice, ensuring that our programmes are delivered to a high standard and that young people’s voices remain at the heart of everything we do. It reflects the consistency, care, and safeguarding culture our team has built over time.

Most importantly, we’re seeing the impact. Young people are becoming more engaged, more confident, and more willing to take on leadership roles within our programmes. Families tell us they feel supported. Our staff and volunteers feel proud knowing their efforts are recognised.

While this is just one step in our wider mission, it’s a meaningful one. Achievements like this reinforce our belief that with the right opportunities and support, young people can thrive.
